We offer the choice of Insured Registered Air Mail (IRAM) and Express Mail Service (EMS)
for International shipment.
For the Insured Registered Air Mail(IRAM),
it is free of charge to anywhere in the world. IRAM has a tracking number
which you can trace your package with your local Postal Office. It is also
contained insurance.
For the Express Mail Service (EMS), the
shipping fee is $5 for each item. EMS will be provided a tracking number
which you can trace your package online. Please put your tracking number

How can I make payment?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as credit
card payment for orders.
The credit card payment process is powered by Paypal and
relied on Paypal technology which process your credit card payments online in a
secure fashion. Even though you are not a member of Paypal, you can still
process your credit card payment through Paypal. When your payment is
successful, Paypal will send an email to notify you and then we will send
out your purchases directly to you.

Can I place an order without a credit card?
Yes, if you don't want to use a credit card, we accept checks, money
orders, International Postal Office Money Order (IPOMO) and cash. However,
for any non credit card payment, the total amount must be over than USD$400.
Also you need to send an email (sale@manrila.com)
to us for any non credit payment before you place an
order. All funds must be received and clear our bank before orders will
be shipped.

We are one of the wholesale Zippo companies in Japan and

We will NEVER sell or give out any of your personal information, including

What is the Defective Return Policy?
In cases where your item is defective the customer is responsible for return shipping. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but please understand it is not our fault if a product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we pay the entire shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a replacement, what it cost manrila.com to ship the item to you will not be credited back to you.

What is the warranty issue?
All the electronic products will contain one year warranty inside Japan only from the purchasing day. However, it doesn't mean you cannot obtain warranty service. For all the oversea customers must be required to send back to our manrila.com's office in Japan. we pay the one way shipping cost associated with a return replacement. For the shipping fee detail, customers will pay for the return shipping and we will pay to ship the replacement. Before you deliver your product for warrany service, you must send us an email to obtain RMA info.

What is a back-order item?
A back-order item is an item that is not currently in stock. We are not sure when we can restock the back-order item again. Most of the back-order items are limited edition which means manufacturer won't produce them anymore. At that time, please leave a message in our 【Finding Forum】. We will try our best to find the items as soon as possible.
